Just when you thought the cast for Ocean's Twelve couldn't get any ritzier, along comes the announcement of a big-time addition. Catherine Zeta-Jones will be joining the sequel to 2001's hit Ocean's Eleven for director Steven Soderbergh.

She joins the actors from the original who'll be back for the sequel. According to producer Jerry Weintraub, George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Andy Garcia, Bernie Mac, Don Cheadle, Elliott Gould, Casey Affleck and Carl Reiner will all return.

The sequel has Danny Ocean's criminal team heading up an international plot. Zeta-Jones will star as a police detective hot on their trail.

Catherine and George recently appeared together in the Coen brothers' Intolerable Cruelty. She worked with Soderbergh on his 2000 opus Traffic.
